Fee Schedule for the Year 2018
1. Annual Association Dues: $1,620.00 for 2018, payable at $135.00 per month.
2. Late Charge: $10.00 After 30 days and on any unpaid balance.
3. Returned Check: $50.00. Any returned check.
4. Lien Fee: $280.00. Any account with a past due balance over $250.00.
5. Fee for a Title Search and Certified Mailing of a Foreclosure or Small Claims Letter: $125.00.
Any account with a past due balance over $300.00.
6. Fee for Second Corrective Letter or Second Lien Letter in One Calendar Year. $100.00.
7. Fee to file Small Claims Court Action: $350.00. Any account with a past due balance over $300.00.
8. File Foreclosure: Any account with a past due balance over $600.00.
Fee: $350.00, plus attorney foreclosure or title company, publishing and misc. fees.
9. Buyers Package: $95.00. Required document package for your buyer, as per NRS 116.
10. New Account Set-Up Fee: $295.00. Transfer property to new owner.
